1. Our Role
Speedy Billy, LLC operates as a licensed auto transport brokerage connecting clients with fully insured FMCSA-authorized carriers.
2. Booking & Payments
All payments are made upfront to Speedy Billy, LLC. No COD payments or onsite payments are made to carriers. Pricing is confirmed once paid unless order details change.
3. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
Clients must remove personal items and accurately describe vehicle details. Carriers complete a Bill of Lading (BOL) at pickup and delivery which documents any damage.
4. Insurance
Carriers maintain the insurance covering transported vehicles. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
5. Scheduling
Pickup/delivery windows are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, routing, inspections, or mechanical issues.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled before dispatch may be refundable. After dispatch, cancellation fees or TONU fees may apply.
7. White Glove Experience
Optional protective items and enhanced service features may be included. These do not replace insurance coverage.
8. Preferred Placement Guarantee
For open transport, Speedy Billy requests that carriers avoid placing vehicles in forward-lower positions when safe and feasible.
9. Prohibited Items
Vehicles may not contain hazardous materials, weapons, illegal items, or excessive personal belongings.
10. Privacy & Data
Customer information is used only for transport coordination and communication.

Customer contact details, addresses, vehicle info, and payment details necessary for scheduling transport.
2. How Information Is Used
We use it to quote, schedule, update, process payments, and support your transport.
3. Sharing Information
Shared only with assigned carriers and essential technology partners. Never sold.
4. Security
Payments are processed securely; we do not store full credit card numbers.
5. Communications
We may contact customers with transport updates. Opt-outs available for non-essential messages.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Used only for basic site function and analytics. No targeted profiling.
7. Data Retention
Records retained for FMCSA, insurance, and operational needs.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Carriers must maintain active MC/DOT authority, required insurance, and clean safety records.
2. Insurance
Carriers must provide valid insurance certificates and notify Speedy Billy of any policy changes.
3. Communication
Carriers must provide accurate ETA updates and communicate professionally with customers.
4. Bill of Lading
Carriers must complete full inspections at pickup and delivery and document damage accurately.
5. Handling Vehicles
Carriers must properly load, secure, and care for vehicles. White Glove materials must be respected.
6. Pay Terms
Speedy Billy pays carriers directly under agreed pay terms. No collecting money from customers.
7. TONU & Cancellations
Truck Ordered Not Used fees apply when customers cancel after dispatch.
8. Conduct & Compliance
Carriers must comply with DOT rules, use safe equipment, and avoid subcontracting loads.
9. Claims
Carrier insurance handles all claims. Speedy Billy assists in communication but is not liable.
10. Removal Rights
Speedy Billy may remove carriers for noncompliance, poor service, or unsafe practices.
To protect against fraud, unauthorized shipments, and potential vehicle theft, Speedy Billy, LLC requires verification of vehicle ownership prior to dispatching any shipment. Client agrees to provide accurate and valid documentation upon request, which may include, but is not limited to:
Current vehicle registration or title
Government-issued photo identification of the individual authorizing shipment
Insurance documentation
Lienholder authorization letter if applicable
Speedy Billy, LLC reserves the right to withhold scheduling, dispatch, or release of a shipment if submitted documents are incomplete, invalid, or inconsistent. Any refusal or failure to provide required documentation may result in cancellation of the order without liability to Speedy Billy, LLC. Client acknowledges that ownership verification is a security measure intended to reduce fraud, protect carriers, and ensure lawful transport.
